Free parking is available on Denton Road, although spaces may be limited during busy periods.
Additional parking is typically available nearby on Gaudick Road, as well as within a five-minute walk on Carlisle Road or Upper Carlisle Road.
Disabled parking is available on site in the marked bays.
Upon arrival at the site, please enter through the main entrance located beneath the “Hillbrow” sign. The SDHC Clinical Suite is situated within the building, and clear directional signage will guide you to the SDHC reception desk, where you can check in for your appointment.

- Formal Review: If your concern remains unresolved, you can submit a formal complaint via our online form or by calling 01323 402790. We will acknowledge your message within three working days.
- Resolution: We investigate every case thoroughly to establish the facts, offer an apology where appropriate, and implement changes to prevent the issue from recurring.
